Refund policy
IMPORTANT! We have updated our refund policy terms! As of 2/28/23. Any orders placed on this date moving forward will be held to these terms. A 15-day return policy is now in effect, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We have updated due to conflicting supplier refund policy time frames. We want to give you the best customer service possible, including refunds. We appreciate your understanding and business!
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please also send pictures and receipt or proof of purchase. Please NOTE- There are several suppliers involved with BIBS merchandise and they may have shorter refund request time frames. If the order refund request is shorter than 15 days of receipt, per each supplier terms, we may not be able to refund. If this is the case, we will send you a response with a photo, capturing the reason why that particular supplier will not refund and we will stand by the suppliers terms instead.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on most sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your request for a refund and will need a photo of the item and a description of the reason of return. Once we receive all of the above information we will submit and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, and once item is received back in condition you’ll be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
